Loyola Marymount University and Montclair State University to Join GoalQuest for NASPA Conference Presentations Two Workshop-Style Sessions Will Focus on Leveraging Web-Based Tools That Connect With Students and Parents to Improve Enrollment and Retention New York, New York — February 15, 2006 GoalQuest Inc. today announced that enrollment and student affairs executives from Loyola Marymount University and Montclair State University will join the company for two interactive presentations that explore the use of technology to improve student and parent communications. The sessions will take place at the NASPA (National Association of Student Personnel Administrators) 2006 Annual Conference in Washington, D.C. (March 11-15). Dr. Reginald Ross, Dean of Enrollment Management at Montclair State University, will join GoalQuest for a session entitled "No More Passive Web: Using Tools That Drive Students and Parents to Your Content (Over and Over Again)." The presentation will explore Montclair State's success using adaptive Web-based tools as part of its effort to improve recruitment, enrollment yield, retention and school-to-parent communications. Montclair State has implemented several GoalQuest products targeting multiple audiences, including high school prospects and parents of first-year students. This session looks at how and why pushing highly relevant content over regular intervals can reap substantive results. Session Details: Jade Smith, Director of first-year programs at Loyola Marymount University will join GoalQuest for a second session, "Giving Students What They Want (to Get the Results You Want)." This discussion will focus on how to orchestrate blogs, messaging, digital facebook, lifestyle content and other entertaining online experiences while communicating key FYE messages and impacting retention.
