GoalQuest and NASPA Announce Collaborative Partnership Partnership Positions GoalQuest as Premier Provider of Advanced Enrollment Management Tools New York, New York-- February 10, 2004- GoalQuest today announced the formalization of its relationship with NASPA (National Association of Student Personnel Administrators), the nation's leading organization for student affairs administration, policy and practice.
