EducationDynamics: Recruitment and Enrollment Internship Program

Overview

The Education Dynamics: Recruit and Enroll internship is a co-curricular program designed to give college students hands-on experience in marketing/communications, public relations, online community development, market research and technology while working for a leader in the enrollment/recruiting management solutions sector. Although the internship directly benefits students, it also works to increase participation in program initiatives, including FYRe™ and EYOp™ (Enrollment Yield Optimization).

As part of their responsibilities, interns work as community moderators in UPeers™ (EducationDynamics' e-community platform) and develop marketing campaigns to encourage participation in the program. Interns complete projects to demonstrate their understanding of marketing principles by writing press releases, conducting campus focus groups and making corporate-level presentations to Education Dynamics executives.
